Need help analyzing and understanding pcap capture

I've been trying to troubleshoot these random persistent network problems I keep running into and was advised to use Wireshark to capture the network activity to pinpoint where the problems may be happening/coming from. But I'm having trouble understanding and determining what "normal" activity is to look like through Wireshark and what isn't normal to be able to effectively track down the problematic activity. Hopefully someone here will be able to help find and determine where the problems are coming from. Here is the anon capture file for review:

Where was this capture done? It looks like it was in the device that has the IPv6 address 259a:d392:caa8:a3d7:b162:ee6e:99b6:198e

yea, the capture was done on my laptop.
