View the encryption domain in an IPsec VPN?

Is there a way to see the encryption domain presented by each peer in an IPsec VPN? I have a packet capture taken from one of the two firewalls that contains all traffic exchanged between the two peers. I would like to see the encryption domain being presented by the remote peer

If by encryption domain you mean the list of addresses or subnets the peer makes accessible via the tunnel, then no.
