I've been struggling with WIFI issues for two years now. It started with an email from hackers ransomware threat. I call our cable company and they do nothing. I downloaded Wireshark to capture the evidence. I hope someone here can tell me what his happing. What I captured is saying ARP a lot. I'm not familiar with the program.
Wireshark is like a good hammer. If you are a carpenter you want the best hammer and you know how to use it. If you expect magical answers from Wireshark but don't understand networking? Then you are out of luck. I suggest you start by understanding networking protools first.
