interface XHC20 does not exist (still) [closed]

When I run

sudo ifconfig XHC20 up

I get:

interface XHC20 does not exist

Running High Sierra

tcpdump -D shows:

You'll have to ask Apple about that - we just report what macOS's code tells us.
