In the File Properties there is a field "Captur file commets". Is it possible to put a default text there in settings? So that in every capture there would automatically be the same text, like my name or so.

There currently isn't such setting, perhaps one could be proposed. But do consider situations where a file already contains comments, what to do then?

True. Maybe it could be a "save file dialog" feature, a tickbox "Add default comment" in save as... or something like that.
