Is OPC classic(opc da, opc hda, opc alarms and events) an ethernet protocol? Does anyone know where I can find opc classic traffic or an image of this traffic?

OPC Classic is based on Microsoft DCOM, i.e. MS RPC. It's an entirely different protocol from OPC UA. There's no specific dissector for OPC Classic, just the regular DCE-RPC dissector.

There are a number of free OPC servers and clients available that could be used to generate test traffic, e.g. VTScada Light, Matrikon OPC Simulation Simulator and OPC Explorer, Kepware Server Ex and others.
