How can I see which URL has been visited with the home network?

Firstly I am a beginner, with no experience with Wireshark, so I would need a well-detailed answer. So basically, can I monitor which URL has been visited on the same (home) network I am on, but with an other endpoint device (e.g. android smartphone)? I would need http, https and chrome private browser URLs as well. I only have a router, no hubs or switches. Maybe, if I should use Snore or other programmes, it is fits me as well. Can you help me please?

You'll need something running on the router to capture traffic from all connected devices. This functionality often isn't available on ISP provided devices, you'll need a router that either supports this out of the box or one on which you can install alternative firmware such as openwrt or similar. See the Wiki page on Ethernet capture for more info, you are likely to have a switched network.

You could attempt to capture WiFi traffic from the other devices, but that's quite complicated, often not possible on Windows, and can be problematic to configure. See the wiki page on WiFi (WLAN) Capture for more info.

So this means, I can not solve it with just using Wireshark or Fiddler?

Not really, Wireshark, or more specifically the capture library (usually npcap on Windows), can only capture the traffic that passes the interfaces the capture is made on. As noted on the Wiki pages I linked to, this isn't necessarily straight forward.

Wireshark may not even be the best application to do this, i.e. using sflow if the router supports it may be more appropriate, again ISP devices generally are not helpful in this area.
