Wireshark is decoding all RRC messages using DL_CCCH filter. Please help me in decoding all RRC messages with proper dissectors.

I am trying to decode RRC messages, But wireshark is interpreting all RRC messages as DL_CCCH. I am using wireshark Version 2.4.5.

Have anyone found the steps to dissect the Lte rrc packets captured via UDP interface? I am struggling to get it displayed.I personally do not think it is related to wireshark version.
