How do I filter for an iPhone connected to a laptop via Windows 10 "mobile hotspot"?

My iPhone periodically triggers an outside server to respond with a burst of packets that overload my WISP's link. I hope to use Wireshark to show me packets sent from and received by my iPhone in these instances.

For the test I connected a Windows 10 laptop directly to my WISP's SM (radio). Then I enabled "Mobile Hotspot" in W10 so my iPhone can access the Internet via the laptop's Internet connection.

How do I configure WireShark on the laptop to show me the desired traffic?

When you start the "Windows 10 mobile hotspot" a new network interface is created. In Wireshark select that interface for capturing.

In task-manager this interface is probably shown as "Wi-Fi direct", but in Wireshark and 'dumpcap -D' it is shown as "Microsoft: LAN-connection* #" (# is a number) in my case.
