Why are their differences in the Ethernet II frame?

A typical Ethernet II frame has these components in the frame in this order: ● Preamble: ● Destination Address: ● Source Address: ● Type: ● Payload/Data: ● Frame Check Sequence (FCS)

However when I go to expand on my Ethernet II frame on Wireshark I am missing a few of these components. I only have the destination address, source address and type. I wanted to know why these differences are here.

This occurs because the network interface card used for the capture strips out elements such as the preamble and FCS that aren't needed up the software stack. You'll need to capture with specialised hardware, e.g. a tap, to see the extra elements.
