The screenshot from the document shows a packet tree for DECT traffic that looks identical to the built-in Wireshark dect dissector, so that's likely to be the source file you're looking for.

It does not contain the dect dissector for NWK, CC, MAC, Catiq etc

You'll have to contact the vendor then, unless someone else who views the question knows of a location for the source.

And, given that Wireshark is provided under the GPL, add-on dissectors must also be licensed under the GPL, and thus must make source code available to anyone to whom the binary is available...

...and they may not restrict the redistribution of the source, so you may then provide it to the Wireshark developers so that the dissectors can be included in the standard Wireshark distribution.
