ARP question ?

we have firewall facing high cpu utilization , after checking the firewall we noticed that there are too many arp request coming to the firewall .

all of these ips are not in our network let say we have only two ip used , all other ip from the same range but not uesd at all

would you please to guide me how to check ?

Some legitimate (and some other) sources could be doing this. The ARP requests do have a source address to them, so that should point you to the originating host.
