Some Starent SNMP OID values are not shown until expanded

Do I submit a bug/enhancement request to have the missing ones show up in locations circled red? (i.e. w/o expanding each of them to see their respective value)? https://ibb.co/hJZkOH

I suppose the MIB is fine this time as the value is still shown when expanded. Can share the pcap and MIB if that helps.
