Does USBPcap not capture USB Hub Class transfers?

Capturing device attaches and detaches of a compound device, but not seeing the enumeration of the hubs themselves, only an interrupt from the hub indicating a child device attach. I see the child device data, but none of the hub class control transfers.

Is this USBPcap filtering them or Wireshark?

Wireshark isn't doing anything special with the output of USBPcap to filter them out, so it's probably best to file a USBPcap issue on the USBPcap GitHub site's issues page.
