What is the exact text that you copied and pasted?

And what detailsdoes hpd.gasmi.net report about the problem with the packet?

I like the pop-up menu function Copy -> As a Hex Stream

This also gives me the hex dump, but without the leading characters per line.

Assuming you select the bytes view of the packet and select Copy bytes as Hex Dump from the context menu, you'll end up with something like this on the clipboard:

0000 64 51 06 59 a5 9d a8 0c 0d 71 e9 c3 08 00 45 00
0010 00 28 05 0c 00 00 7b 11 1b 45 0a 5b c0 c7 0a 1f

Looking at your online decoder it asks for plain byte stream, without the offsets. So you'll have to clip off the first column before pasting to that decoder.

Share a publicly accessible capture file on a file sharing site and post the link here. Then show what text you try to paste in the on line decoder, and from which packet in that capture file that is.
