Ping from cmd is successful but can't access website from browser without the use of VPN help [closed]

I can't access internet via chrome or firefox . I don't know what went wrong , but i tried various way from Google like reseting Network Setting and flushdns command and many more . The only way to access the websites is through a VPN so tell me whats wrong with my system
