Hi, neighbours and friends.

I am trying to connect to wireshark through the address https://wireshark.xxxxxx.com

I have configured a CNAME DNS entry to point xxxxxxx.com and configured my reverse proxy (my NAS) to point my local installation of wireshark, but it just doesn't want to show up. I have like 15 or 20 subdomains that are accessible in my home network through the reverse proxy, some of them simply don't work and can only be accessed from within my LAN. Sometimes it happens.

I wanted to know if there is a way to connect to wireshark from outside my LAN other than a VPN (I can log in and manage wireshark if connected from my mobile through a wireguard VPN on my LAN).

Thanks in advance

Finally I fixed it.

I needed to create a websocket connection in my inverse proxy config. It was a VNC related problem, not a Wireshark itself.

Thanks you all!
