Unable to open capture interfaces dialog

I would like to setup a capture filter. However Wireshark crashes when I try to open capture interfaces dialog box. When trying to open capture interfaces dialog box (double click on the capture interface) Wireshark has stopped responding box appears and Wireshark then closes. Windows Event Viewer shows the the following under Application, Faulting module path C:\Program Files\Wireshark\qt5Widgets.dll. I am running Wireshark 3.2.3 on a Windows 10 device.
