How to in-able ip filtering in WS? And Geo-locate as well via WS?

I want to use Wireshark to find the IP address of who is connecting to my computer remotely. I know it has something to do with "IP" or so I think? Maybe even GEO-LOCATION as well would be nice as well to know as to which PD to turn this into! I would like to know this so I can catch the culprit red-handed and turn them into the police. And also to document evidence of this intrusion(S), help, please?

Please be as specific as possible in step-by-step as to what to enable to do this tracking I wish to do.
