Can I check network advertising calls (pubad, confid, krux etc..) using Wireshark?

As you mention Charles, I presume the issue is that the traffic is HTTP-over-TLS ("https") and you need to see the decrypted traffic

If so, see the "TLS Decryption" section of the Wireshark Wiki TLS page. This may not help, as you may need information from the FireTV stick that might not be easy to get.

(Remember, SSL/TLS was intended to be hard to decrypt....)
