How do I find the IP address of somebody on Discord?

So my friend suggested me to install wireshark and all and I tried to track his IP while we were in a voice call on discord but I couldn't find his.

This is impossible to do without requiring the user to do something. You can create an IP-grabbing link, send it to the user, and get them to click it, but that's about all you can do.
