Hi guys I am a new player with this software ( ver 3.2.2 ) and I try to get data sent in TCP format . I got the socket and using display filter data.data I get the sockets that has dat in . I winder if there is a way to add a column that will display tha data only

Do you want the data has a hex string or in some other form?

Displaying as a hex string is easy, simply right click the data.data field in the packet details pane and select "Apply as column". Note that only the first 36 bytes of data are shown.

The latter would require you to write a dissector.
