RTP Stream is empty

Hi , really hoping someone can help me figure this out.

I have a voice lab setup for university, using Cisco CUCM 11.5 as my call manager and two Cisco IP Communicator phones for my endpoints. So far, I have been able to make successful calls between the two devices and I have captured the RTP streams with Wireshark.

However, when I go to play them back, the RTP stream shows up empty or won't decode. I tried to download a test capture file and play it back, which worked. I have played around with the codecs and signalling protocols but I am not having any luck. I would upload the pcap file but I don't have enough karma. Can anyone help me figure this out?

The preferred method is for you to save the capture file at a public file sharing site like Dropbox, Google, Onedrive,.... make it public (no login needed to access) and post a link to it back here on your question.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure if it relates to that specific bug. It seems to happen with every RTP stream I capture in my lab setup, no matter how many times I re-open the application. Here is a link to the pcap of my test. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OUdI...

Enable RTP over UDP: https://osqa-ask.wireshark.org/questi...

Also, disable the MINT decoders.
Analyze -> Enabled Protocols... : uncheck MINT and MINT (Data)

Working down through the Statistics menu items is a good place to start with a capture file.
Statistics -> Protocol Hierarchy shows a big chunk of the packets were Media Independent Network Transport (MINT)
