Have you installed USBPcap? What interfaces are displayed in Wireshark?

Do you mean "capturing raw USB traffic over the USB bus" or do you mean "capturing network traffic over a network interface that happens to be a USB device"?

In the Program Files/wireshark/extcap folder you need to have the USBcap program added. (Windows 7 Ultimate SVC Pack1)

You can find the program in the Program Files/USBPcap/ folder.
