Wireshark(3.2.0) displaying the 6lowpan source link-local address incorrect

When the source link-local address is on the format fe80::PANID:00FF:FE00:SHORT-ID with SAC =0 and SAM = 11 (RFC 6282) the source address is completely elided and it should be decoded from the MAC headers . But the Address generated by Wireshark is fe80::ff:fe00:SHORTID
