The only interfaces that show up on my Windows machine are USBPcap1-4
i want to go on my wifi/Ethernet but the only thing it says is USBPcap1-4

There are always numerous other questions on this, but no one was willing to help investigate the real cause of this (e.g., this question). My suggestion would be to search for those questions and the workarounds listed there and/or contact the nmap support folks.
