Compromised, How and Where to look for the info/proof to nail the suspect. [closed]

My android phone's Wifi automatically turns on when Im on this specific location. Some of my voip apps' account usernames has been edited. Phone screen flickers and suddenly gets hot. Data usage on some apps have increased; Where can I find traces of AUDIO/VIDEO grabbing and also, I want to know where and what file should I look for to get substancial info. I used file manager and wifi diagnostics app to gather info but I am not an IT literate. Can anyone PLEASE guide me on how to get solid proof to nail my suspect.
