How many languages supported in Wireshark Application. Is Separate URL provided for Every Specific Language to install Wireshark application ?

The language translations for Wireshark are made using Transifex. From the Wireshark project page on the site you can see that 28 languages are supported to varying degrees, but for practical purposes you can currently say only 7 languages are supported well.

Currently the development version of Wireshark ships with 21 translations, I don't think there are any separate downloads for other languages.
