How to send raw packet file over an ethernet interface , Specific tools if available kindly advise?

I have a raw file which if I try to send over tcpreplay fails since tcpreplay expects pcap format, Is there any other wireshark specific tools which can handle this. I need to send it over a specific ethernet interface so how to do so.

There is a nice list on the tools page for doing packet injection/generation:

Mikrotik routers/switches include this functionality as well.

I don't know what the file you have is, but I would bet with one of these tools and possibly some file manipulation, you will find something that works.

e.g, write out the file as a hex dump, feed that to text2pcap, use the pcap file with tcpreplay.
