Hello Website Retransmission

Hello,

I have a website called sfda.gov.sa which is running good without any issues but once I put the Windows proxy and try to access i couldn't. To troubleshoot the issue I took 2 traces from wireshark once with firewall and another without.

With firewall i can see tcp retransmission while doing 3 way hand shake with website.

The proxy server logs give me 10600 website not responding,

I want to know the root cause of the issue. Please help...

Your traces have different IP destinations in it, is this correct? In the file sfdg.pcapng the destination IP is 195.189.213.68 while in the file retransmit.pcapng the destination IP address is 195.189.212.68, Could it be you're trying to connect to the wrong host?

Yes this is true even i have seen that but as a matter of fact there can be a load balancer device at the other end.
