How to fix dumpcap.exe not found? Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC

It says dumpcap.exe not found. How can i fix that? I tried everything and it's not working. Please help

Can you confirm that you have a dumpcap.exe binary in the Wireshark installation directory, usually C:\Program Files\Wireshark?

I don't have it. But i have a dumpcap.html file

Something appears to have gone wrong with your installation of Wireshark. Please download a new copy and reinstall.
