I found that in my wlan-capture file. Expert Info (Note/Undecoded): Dissector for 802.11 IE Tag (20/40 BSS Intolerant Channel Report) code not implemented.Could you tell me what is happening?

Wireshark does not yet dissect this IE.

Like Anders said, Wireshark does not get dissect this IE.

If you want it dissected the best thing is to open a bug report and add:

  • A reference to the standard where this IE is defined
  • A capture file (not a screenshot, or text dump) containing packet(s) with this IE

Or you can program the extension yourself and submit it for inclusion.
