can encrypted data lead to (previous segment not captured)(TCP ACKed unseen segment) interpretation?

Since the 'encrypted' refers to the data, while the 'previous segment not captured' and 'TCP ACKed unseen segment' refer to the underlying transport of that data, no the first does not lead to the latter.
