The Wireshark developers don't build binaries for OSes other than Windows and macOS, so a binary download for Chromium OS would have to be provided by a third party.
If it's possible to build a regular GUI application that runs on Linux to run on Chromium OS, then there might exist a Wireshark build for Chromium OS. If you have to do something special to an application that works on Linux to get it to run on Chromium OS, then there probably isn't a Wireshark build for Chromium OS and there may not be one until somebody does the work to make it possible to run Wireshark on Chromium OS.
