1. Create a network supporting jumbo frames (switches\routers and NIC's configured for jumbo frames).
2. Insert a tap supporting jumbo frames into the network and capture traffic using the tap.
3. Profit!

Seriously, to see jumbo frames as transmitted over the wire, you will must capture off host machine using a tap.
