I'm not exactly sure how you have things connected here but the thing that stands out to me the most is the lack of response from 192.168.0.1. The camera is trying to find its default gateway to send traffic to but isn't getting a response. It could be that how you have it connected is preventing that from happening. Unless your computer NIC has an IP address in that same subnet then you probably won't be able to reach the camera's wired IP address. You might consider setting a static IP address on your wired NIC to be in the same subnet.
Also, one thing to be sure of, is that the camera's mac address? It would be a pretty simple sanity check to be sure it's the right device.
