If you have reason to believe that Wireshark is behaving incorrectly - i.e., that it has a bug - the best place to report it is on the Wireshark Bugzilla, the Wireshark bug database, not on ask.wireshark.org. If you report it there, you can attach captures to it; you don't need to earn points in order to do so.
