In version 1.9.0, there was a filter under Statistics/BACnet/ BACnet/IP Statistics.

There was never an official release of Wireshark numbered 1.9.0 (and it's a statistic, not a "filter" in the sense of a display filter).

This option seems to have been removed with the current iteration of Wireshark.

The current version of Wireshark (2.6.1) appears to have a "BACnet" menu item under "Statistics", and that menu item has "Packets sorted by IP", as well as some other "sorted by" options. Is that the same statistic as the one you're asking about?

I also can't find any "IP Statistics" item in the menu for the GTK+ version of Wireshark; are you certain that this wasn't some third-party addition? If it was, you'll have to somehow get that third-party addition converted to the new Qt UI and added to Wireshark.
