"Lost comm" can mean many things, so YMMV. But assuming some sort of Ethernet network involvement, sure it may help to get an idea _what_ is going on. The _why_ may still be up for further investigation. Recommended you get a networking professional involved, if you lack the networking knowledge yourself. Anyone able to provide knowledge of the Energy Storage Systems capabilities can also be beneficial.
