Installing Wireshark under Windows
The Wireshark installer includes Npcap which is required for packet capture.
The latest version of npcap is available from their web site. You can load it before installing Wireshark.
"ALL traffic" is a pretty wide topic. If you want to capture WiFi traffic in Monitor Mode on Windows, best to open another question after getting Wireshark installed with the latest npcap.
