Thanks for older question - No Interfaces found - Windows 10 and 1st Ans.(I found had same issue and fix is to re-install Ncap which states:
Feature updates to Windows 10, e.g. the recent 2004 can upset the npcap integration. Usually a re-install of npcap using the latest version from npcap.org will fix things up. (Yes that fixed it)
