Export the dissections as CSV. Use the File menu | Export Packet Dissections | As CSV ...

Note in the dialog you can choose whether to include the packet summary line and how the details are exported, as you have displayed, collapsed, or all expanded.

You can also use the command line version of tshark to export to csv only the specific fields of interest.

Excel can import CSV files.
