If we go to the Wireshark bug database and search for "dark", we find:

• bug 16221 "Dark mode support on Windows 10 and later", filed by Mr. Wireshark Himself, noting some issues (such as "Unfortunately this isn't yet supported by Qt") - no work has been done yet;
• bug 15511 "Feature Request - Dark Mode support on macOS Mojave and later", which is "IN_PROGRESS" and showing some changes that have been checked in - I'm not sure what remains to be done;
• no enhancement request for the "UN*X + X11/Wayland" platform, that being the platform that includes Linux.
