bug 15511 "Feature Request - Dark Mode support on macOS Mojave and later", which is "IN_PROGRESS" and showing some changes that have been checked in - I'm not sure what remains to be done;
no enhancement request for the "UN*X + X11/Wayland" platform, that being the platform that includes Linux.
