Your capture file is showing SYN packets to 124.47.150.19 (protect-au.mimecast.com) which do not get a SYN/ACK answer. Since TCP connection can not be set up, you are not able to communicate to the mimecast server.

There can be several reasons why you are not able to connect to the mimecast server:

  • The server was not available at the time you tried
  • Some device was blocking the traffic to the mimecast server (maybe a firewall)
  • There was a routing issue for this specific IP address
  • etc.

Can you connect from another network for instance?
