Decoding traffic between computer and Mikrotik

Does anyone know how to make sense of the traffic sent between a computer and Mikrotik router (using winBox?) Like how to see what the TCP packets are actually transmitting? None of it is encrypted but it still looks like gibberish to me

I have been seeing very strange activity between my computer and Mikrotik, even when neither is connected to the internet. I'm talking about traffic at 500 packets / second or 300 KB / second which is definitely more than normal.
