Need to analyze TCP congestion and latency related issues

Hello All,

We have a customer issue where our application gets unsysnced between primary and secondary when there is around 2000updates/sec which we are not able to figure out why

Why don't see any packet drop in the netstat, the re-transmission rate is also very less so we now have tcpdump to analyse the root cause and I am not very good on this so can anyone please help me understand what I should try to look for?

I see in some cases the receive window size is very less around 58 while the bytes in flight is a higher value but I cannot conclude anything on what is the problem exactly here? I have attached the pcap The source is 10.20.5.102
