OK... this has been bugging me for ages, why is it that the version of the User Manual is always ahead of the actual [software] version of Wireshark?

For example, the current RC is 3.0.0 however the User Manual is 3.1.0.

I can just about understand a User Manual being a version or two behind the software version, but ahead...???
