possible virus infection

I think my computer and Blackberry are being controlled by my competitor.

1. Why can I run a Wireshark live capture in any other house using their wireless connection, but in my house, it doesn’t capture anything?

2. My Blackberry "black key work of my industry" (???). When I send emails to my customers with the subject of key words from the industry, I get a red X near the email, which means blocked from sending.

3. Does it mean that someone is controlling my Blackberry?
