How do I find/Locate the tshark software for RHEL 7

The easiest method is to do yum install wireshark. This will install Wireshark's CLI (command line) tools includint tshark. (You'd have to yum install wireshark-gnome to get the GTK-based GUI.)

The downside to this easy method is that you're going to get an older version (looks like it'll be 1.10). Enabling the EPEL repositories may get you a more modern version. If you want a truly up-to-date version you'll need to compile your own version (by downloading the source code from wireshark.org, getting all the dependencies, and then building Wireshark).
